I don't remember what room I booked - where can I see that information?

Please log into your event profile here.
Your username is your email address.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click this link to reset your password. An email will be sent to the email account we have on file with instructions on how to set a new password.

How can I upgrade my room?

Please log into your profile here. There is a link in your profile that reads "upgrade my room". From there, you will be able to see the different staterooms available and process payment on the spot.

Can I request my roommate(s)?

Yes. In order to room with someone, you must be registered for the same room type. Once confirmed, please reach out to your Summit team contact who can ensure that you are roomed together.

How are roommates assigned?

We take the roommate pairing process very seriously and work diligently to ensure that we curate thoughtful pairings for all of our guests. We are confident you will room with wonderful, interesting people.

I booked a solo room. Can I bring a guest?

All guests must be qualified attendees in their own right to join us at Summit at Sea. Please reach out to your Summit team contact to see about your guest joining you. If approved, we have a roommate add-on ticket available for those guests joining attendees in solo rooms.

How big is my room?

Cruise ship staterooms are small. We recommend packing light as there is limited storage. Keep in mind that staterooms are only meant to be slept in. All of the action, relaxation, and enjoyment the ship has to offer is in its beautiful common spaces.

Is the ship handicap accessible?

Yes, the ship is fully ADA accessible. Please let your Summit team contact know should you need an ADA accessible stateroom.
