Schedule & Programming FAQ

Will you release a schedule of events prior to the event?

We will share lineup information and other important details about our sail; however, our full schedule of events will not be shared until a few days before embarkation. Please see our current Summit at Sea lineup HERE.

Can I book activities, seats at sessions, or dinner reservations pre-event?

No. All of our programming is a first come, first serve opportunity. We will be simulcasting sessions, offering programming at multiple times throughout the event, and providing a seamless dinner service system to ensure you get to experience all our event has to offer.

Are there spa appointments available on board?

Yes! There is a full gym and spa located on board. Upon arrival, the spa staff would be happy to set up an appointment for you.

Can the ship accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. We will have lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. We are thrilled about the onboarding of our new Culinary Director, Jeffrey Zurofsky, who is leading the charge on sourcing the most incredible fresh food and the best chefs to prepare it. You can see more about our culinary program on our home page.

Is there wifi on board?

There is very limited bandwidth as we will be out at sea, but we will have hard-wired computers available and landlines for you to reach people at home.

Is there cell connectivity on board?

You will have connectivity all day on Wednesday, November 9th as we will be at port in Miami. You will be able to access international service in port at Nassau on Thursday, and again on Saturday morning when we arrive back in Miami. Please note that cell connectivity will be very limited on Friday when we head to the secluded private island.
