Review your booking:
Please log into your event profile here. Your username is your email address. Once logged in, your reservation will be displayed.
Request a room upgrade:
Please log into your profile here. There is a link in your profile that reads "upgrade my room". From there, you will be able to see the different staterooms available and process payment on the spot.
Roommate request:
In order to request that you room with someone you know, you must be registered for the same room type. Once your reservation and your intended roommate's reservation is confirmed, please reach out to your Summit team contact who can ensure that your reservations are linked.
Roommate curation:
We take the roommate pairing process very seriously and work diligently to ensure that we curate thoughtful pairings for all of our guests. We are confident you will room with wonderful, interesting people.
Guest policy:
All guests must be qualified attendees in their own right to join us at Summit at Sea. Please reach out to your Summit team contact to see if your guest can join you. If approved, we have a roommate add-on ticket available for those guests joining attendees in solo rooms.
