Refund Policy

 

Any attendee who has purchased a ticket to Summit at Sea and is unable to attend due to any reason including but not limited to a personal matter, scheduling conflict, or force majeure must inform Summit Series via email by the following dates:

  1. Cancellations filed prior to January 1, 2016 shall be refunded 100% of the cost of ticket sale less registration processing fee.

  2. Cancellations filed prior to March 1, 2016 shall be refunded 75% of the cost of ticket sale.

  3. Cancellations filed prior to May 1, 2016 shall be refunded 50% of the cost of ticket sale.

  4. Cancellations filed prior to July 1, 2016 shall be refunded 25% of the cost of ticket sale.

  5. Cancellations filed on or after July 1, 2016 shall not be refunded.

Registrations are non-transferable.
